Centre Bolt & U- Bolt

U Bolts of all types, grades and sizes:-
1) The choice of materials is determined by the required SAE Grade and the size of the material and its harden ability. We produce U-Bolts in SAE Grades 2, 3, 4 and 8.
2) Grade 2 U-Bolts are produced from cold drawn or hot rolled low carbon steels.
3) Grade 3-UBolts are produced from cold drawn medium carbon steels.
4) Grade 5 U-Bolts are produced from a carbon manganese alloy steel. All grade 5 and 8 U-Bolts are heat treated.

Specifications:
1) 18 x 82 x 230 / 240 / 260 / 280
2) Mild steel, alloy steel, 35# / 45# / 40Cr / A3 cold and hot rolled steel
3) Heat treatable to meet various grades: 8.8 / 9.8 / 10.9
4) Other material specifications subject to availability
5) Finishes: black / zinc chromate, yellow zinc dichromate / hot dipped, mechanical galvanizing
