The process of Manufacturing
We have a strong and comprehensive infrastructure, which facilitates the
entire process of manufacturing. Our infrastructure is comprised of latest
machines and highly experienced experts. The machines function with high
level of time & cost efficiency resulting in reasonable price for the
customers.
Following is a stage wise division of the manufacturing process:
» Round bar steel is brought into our facility in truckload
quantities.
» The steel is sheared to length.
» One end is heated by induction furnaces.
» The head is forged by an upsetter.
» Threads are either cut or rolled.
» The product is heat treated or galvanized as required.
» The product is packed & shipped to our customers
